Revia ("Revia", "we", "our", or "us") provides a field sales and workforce management application for pharmaceutical and medical organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when using the Revia app (the "App").
Revia is a private enterprise application. It is not available for public registration. All user accounts are created and managed exclusively by an organization's administrator through the supervisor dashboard.
Your organization's administrator provisions your account and provides your email address, which is used to sign in via a secure magic link. No password is required to use the App.
Revia collects precise location data to verify clock-in and clock-out at scheduled visit locations, to display your visit route for the day, and, for supervisor accounts, to show the real-time location of field representatives on a live workforce map. Location may be collected while the App is in use and, for representatives who are clocked in, in the background, so that visit tracking remains accurate during a visit.
Precise location data is linked to your account and identity within your organization. It is used solely for Revia's operational features described above and is not used for advertising, is not shared with data brokers, and is not combined with data from other companies' apps or websites.
We collect the information you enter in the course of your work, including visit schedules, clock-in/clock-out times, doctor sample records, orders, approval requests, and photos attached as delivery or visit proof.
We calculate KPI and performance metrics (such as visit completion, targets, and scores) from your visit and work data so that you and your supervisor can track performance over time.
We may collect basic device and diagnostic information (such as device type, operating system, and crash logs) to maintain and improve the reliability of the App.
Information collected in the App is shared within your organization only, for example between a field representative and their supervisor. Revia does not sell your data, does not share it with data brokers, and does not use it for third-party advertising or ad measurement.
We may use service providers (such as cloud hosting and notification services) strictly to operate the App on our behalf. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Revia does not track users across other companies' apps or websites, does not use precise location or any other data for targeted advertising or advertising measurement, and does not share data with data brokers.
We retain account, visit, and performance data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's features to your organization, and as required by applicable law or legitimate business purposes.
Location permissions can be managed at any time from your device settings. Because location verification is required for clock-in, disabling location access will prevent you from clocking in to visits. Account creation, updates, and deletion are managed by your organization's administrator; please contact them to request access changes or deletion of your account data.
Revia is an enterprise application intended for use by authorized employees of client organizations and is not directed to children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
